Alithia Zamantakis is a researcher, educator, and author whose work focuses on public health, implementation science, and sociological analyses of violence.
Her research examines how institutions, policies, and community organizations can improve health outcomes through evidence-based practice and equitable systems change. She is a qualitative methodologist and coincidence analyst.
She serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Society for the Study of Social Problems (SSSP) and the Center on Halsted.
